Landslide in Southwest China Buries 44 People

   At least 44 people from 18 households were buried in a landslide in China's southwestern Yunnan province. State broadcaster CCTV reported that a preliminary investigation confirmed the grim incident. Emergency response teams have been dispatched to the site to rescue the victims and provide assistance to the affected families.
