MIAMI — The image of Miami’s elite cosmetic surgery industry has been shattered by a graphic and horrifying account of sexual violence that is currently tearing through social media.

In a searing Instagram reel, the artist and influencer Miss Bunnie detailed an alleged brutal betrayal of a woman who went in for medical work, only to suffer a life-altering sexual assault while unconscious. The report centers on plastic surgeon Dr. Eric Raul Valladares, who is now facing public accusations of raping a patient while she was incapacitated under anesthesia during a procedure.

Evidence of a Violent Assault

The details shared by Miss Bunnie paint a picture of a medical recovery that turned into a forensic nightmare. According to the testimony, a woman woke from her procedure in Miami experiencing severe pain in her throat and vaginal area.

A subsequent hospital examination and "rape kit" allegedly yielded physical evidence of a violent sexual encounter. Medical staff reportedly found semen in the woman's throat, and the assault was so physically aggressive that it caused permanent damage to her uvula—the small tissue hanging at the back of the throat—forcing doctors to surgically remove it.

The Surgeon and the License

The man at the center of these accusations is plastic surgeon Dr. Eric Raul Valladares, a board-certified professional practicing at Vixen Plastic Surgery and Soluna MD in Miami.

Despite the gravity of the claims shared in the Instagram reel, Valladares currently maintains a "Clear/Active" medical license in the state of Florida. The video explicitly shows his license information, identifying him as the perpetrator of the alleged assault, yet no formal administrative action has been reflected in state databases to date.

"The Case is Closed"

The most jarring revelation in the testimony is the claim that the Miami Police Department has ended its inquiry despite the presence of forensic evidence.

"The Miami Police actually closed the case," Miss Bunnie said in the video. "They stopped the investigation even though there was full-on evidence that this woman was raped by her plastic surgeon".

A Community in Outrage

The refusal of authorities to act on reported forensic evidence has ignited a wave of fury online. As the video continues to circulate, the case of plastic surgeon Dr. Eric Raul Valladares has become a rallying cry for those demanding protection for vulnerable patients who seek medical care. With a doctor accused of such a predatory act still holding a scalpel, the community is left wondering how many more warnings it will take before the system intervenes.
