Banks claim they are not ready for small business lending programs set to roll out today A $350 billion relief program connected with the $2 trillion government economic support package is set to roll out in just a few hours and bands are still waiting on guidance from the Treasury Department on how the money lending should work. According to business leaders, the program is not ready, however, in a White House press briefing Thursday, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin asserts that the program is ready to go. "I've been assured that the banks will start lending tomorrow," Mnuchin assured.
